Our students just returned back to school and we've already done so much during the month of September. Our big trip of the month was to Skyspace LA which is California's tallest open air observation deck. Students enjoyed gazing out onto the expansive views of Downtown LA while also getting some pretty cool pictures.
Then we had a very special visit from a former Page student, Suzanne Tagliavore, who is now a children's book author. She came with her mother, a former Page teacher of 17 years at the Hancock Park campus. Suzanne read her newest book, The Pineapple Man, to our students and they loved it! We are so proud of you Suzanne Tag!
Finally, students and parents were able to enjoy a fun Special Friends Luncheon at the Hancock Park campus. We loved seeing so many smiling faces and providing an opportunity for parents and families to mingle together. The students were so happy to see their parents come by for a very special and delicious lunch.
We can't wait to see what the month of October has in store for our Page Academy students in Orange County and Los Angeles. We are guessing there will be some amazing costumes in store!
